Adding an potential 20% more umph to your XMPs

Every Ingress player should know about this but many don't.

When firing XMPs if you hold down the "FIRE" button. You'll notice a ring of sparkly gold "energy" converging onto your position. If you time it right you can get a bonus 20% on your XMP.

I've been playing Ingrress since 13 Dec 2013. Today on 17 Jan 2014 I got to Level 8.

It occured to me that Ingress has a steep learning curve and I'm still learning new things as I continue to play.

And as forgetful as I am. I should really record some of these lessons down so others can benefit.

I'm sure all of these things have been blogged, articled, videoed etc. But this is a much for my own reference as for the Ingress community.
